The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs with standard appliances and cooking essentials, a kitchen island, and a breakfast area. The dining room has seating for 8. The spacious and airy living room has high vaulted ceilings, comfortable designer couches and seating, a flat-screen TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The backyard is fully fenced and features a swimming pool, a dining patio set with seating for 6, lounge chairs, and a hammock. The cinema room offers a movie theater experience with plenty of comfortable seating, including a reclining sofa, movie posters, and a foosball table. The 2 full bathrooms feature Jack-and-Jill sinks, a soaking tub, and a walk-in glass door shower. Free parking is available in the garage, driveway, and on the street. House-trained pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). Located across the street from Hoblitzelle Park with a picnic pavilion, playgrounds, and hiking trails, this home is an excellent choice for corporate housing needs. The Interurban Railway Museum, a free history museum featuring interactive exhibits on electricity, science, and the history of the City of Plano and the Texas Electric Railway, is a 12-minute drive. The Shops at Legacy, the go-to destination for shopping, dining & fun, is a 13-minute drive. Oak Point Park and Nature Preserve, an 800-acre park around a small lake with a pavilion, amphitheater, and nearly 13 miles of trails, is a 10-minute drive.
