The kitchen has a large island with seating for eight and all mod cons, including a wine cooler, large cooker with hob and two large fridge-freezers. Take a step through the French doors on to the terrace and soak in the stunning city views. A stately separate dining room, the ideal space for big family meals or more formal occasions. You will also find a fully-equipped catering kitchen, a comfortable den complete with wall-mounted TV and the house's ballroom, currently used as a second sitting room. Eight bedrooms, each with queen or king-size beds and walk-in wardrobes. This means that the mansion can easily suit the largest of groups. There are also 2 sofa beds in the house's communal areas, offering versatile accommodation for guests. The 7 bathrooms have all the luxury of a high-end hotel, four featuring a walk in shower, and three as half baths off the main common areas. The mansion offers plenty of scope to chill out and enjoy some recreation time, with a billiards room and bar area, fitted with the same attention to detail and design flair as the main kitchen. There is a private home cinema, gym and indoor basket ball court - also with its own bar. The house also contains a wine cellar, perfect for the wine-connoisseur. For guests daunted by the mansion's large staircase, there is also an elevator. Off-street parking is provided.
