All the bedrooms are on the upper level of the home along with 2 full bathrooms. The home is well maintained and is located inside an HOA. The home does not have a washer or dryer but has hookups. The home was built in 2004 and does have central air conditioning. It is approximately 1446 square feet and is in District 3. The owner would allow one dog under 30 pounds, no cats. Pets must be no less than 12 months old. If approved, there would be an additional $300 in security deposit and an extra $35 per month in rent. As with all homes managed by MileStone Real Estate any type of smoking or vaping is not allowed in the home or garage and the growth of marijuana is strictly prohibited in or on the premises. 12 month lease minimum.
