The house, licensed by the city, is locally owned and managed by the Schneider family (serving Lawrence tenants for 40+ years). Financial Requirement: Each applicant must prove they have 4x's the entire rent (for the unit) in permanent income, or applicant must have a Guarantor, who lives in the continental United States, and owns real estate in the continental United States. We must be able to verify that the Guarantor owns the property through the county where the real estate is located. All applicants must qualify on their own/ independent of co-applicants (no applicant may share a Guarantor). This apartment is a 2 bedroom on the 1st floor with original wood floors. The apartment entrance opens up to a foyer. The living room has bay windows and there is storage under stairs in the living room. There is a breakfast bar, oak cabinets and space for a table with chairs in the kitchen. The appliances included are stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and a washer dryer stack unit. The bathroom is off the kitchen and it has vinyl flooring, an antique claw foot tub with an attached shower and a built in vanity. The living room has a ceiling fan and window air conditioner. The larger bedroom has a double closet and bi-fold doors. It is big enough to hold a king size bed and typical bedroom furniture. The second bedroom is off the living room and is smaller. It has wall to wall carpeting and the closet has mirror doors. Up to 2 spayed/neutered Cats and Dogs under 40lb are welcome with pet rent and pet deposit.
