It shares the larger bathroom with plenty of storage and a tub. -The condo has a large kitchen with good counter top and storage space, and big fridge. - Top/second floor unit - In-unit XL gently used washer and dryer - Exterior storage closet good for a bike, snowboard, or storage tubs. -King Soopers, Whole Foods, Natural Grocers, and other shopping is less than a mile away. -Close to Arapahoe High School, DTC, Trader Joes, and Littleton medical complex. -Near the Big Dry Creek and Highline Canal trails. -Quick drive to Hampden, or 470 for easy travel in any direction. - Ladies only *No pets, no smoking.
