One-car garage parking, driveway parking, and street parking are available. Located in a transit-friendly area with convenient access to Airdrie Transit routes, including the Intercity Express (ICE) service for trips to Calgary. The Windridge community offers a growing mix of amenities and pedestrian-friendly streets. Windridge connects to Airdrie’s extensive trail system, including sections of the Trans Canada Trail, perfect for biking, jogging, or leisurely walks. A $250 CAD fine will be charged if smoking occurs with the migration of smoke or smell of smoke from the unit, following law and fine policy. No parties, drugs, excessive drinking, or loud music are allowed. Events for work or meetings are allowed upon request. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am; please be mindful of neighbors and basement tenants. We have a strict complaint policy: one complaint is a warning, and the second complaint is an eviction. Keep noise under 85db, as we have a noise detector. A simple pre-arrival form, agreement, deposit, and ID verification may be required prior to check-in.
