Apartment building is located on a tree-lined street comprised mostly of single-family homes in South Los Angeles on Hoover between Slauson and Gage. The apartment unit is extremely spacious with an open floor plan that includes Kitchen, Dining Room, Living Room, Bedroom, Hallway Closet and Bathroom. The apartment unit has a new kitchen with recently installed custom cabinets and is open to the living room and dining room. You can see nearly the entire apartment from the kitchen, which is great for keeping a close eye on the children. The dining room is open to the living room and is perfect for entertaining. The bedroom is separated from the living room by a huge solid wood pocket door and has no shared walls. The bedroom has a very large closet with foldaway doors and five large windows that let in lots of air and light.
