Spacious Victorian 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom, all original hardwood floors and woodwork, ceiling fans, porch and off street lighted parking lot, about 1200 square feet. Small kitchen but extra large master bedroom and a big old claw foot bathtub. Near St. Johns Hospital, Memorial Medical Center, downtown and the Southern Ill University Medical School in the Medical District, across from the Springfield Art Association. County Market Grocery Store and CVS Drug Store and the new proposed YMCA are about one block away. Heat, water, garbage and recycling paid and there is a coin operated laundromat on site..Owners live next door and we have full time maintenance. The outdoor picture is of the apartment building. We do not accept Section 8 and this is a non smoking building. One dog or house cat is allowed for a fee of $20.00 a month per pet and there is also a dog pet deposit amount depending on the dog.
