For those visiting without access to a car, Uber/Lyft are super convenient, and it is easy to bike from the house to parks, food, and entertainment in Avondale. Quiet hours are between 9 p.m. and 8 a.m. If you bring a pet without notifying us or in violation of this policy, you may be subject to a $250 penalty per pet, in addition to the applicable pet fees. There is absolutely no smoking or vaping (tobacco, marijuana, or other substances) or illegal drug use allowed in the property, including in any screened porches or in any interior areas. A $200/night penalty will be incurred for any violation of this policy.
