Located within walking distance of Golden Gate Park, multiple bus lines, restaurants and grocery stores. Laundry is not available onsite but there is one laundromat within one block of the unit. Utilities are paid separately within the unit. About the current tenants - There are two young female adults currently occupying the other rooms. They generally keep to themselves during the work week. There is a quiet and very friendly cat (ESA) who lives here. Unfortunately, no other pets are allowed. Looking for a nice, quiet, friendly housemate to fill this room very soon!
