Central air/heat, large covered patio on front, separate pantry in the back of the kitchen, designated storage room for this unit in the basement. Open floor plan with a very large great room for activities/eating/entertaining, lots of lights, can look very grand when all lights are turned on (dimmer available). No building directly across the street, so there is a nice view into a green grass area from the great room (a hard find in the area). Two coat closets in the master bedroom, and a walk-in closet in the 2nd bedroom. All walls, windows and doors are painted with neutral colors. Beautiful hardwood floor in the great room, tile floor in kitchen and bathroom. Ceiling fans in all rooms, some have remote controls. Island bar with pendant lights, dishwasher/fridge/gas stove/stainless steel vent hood, double sink with garbage disposal and pull-out Pfister faucet.
