About 7227 Penn Ave Pittsburgh, PA 15208

This is a 2 bed/1 bath apartment in the Point Breeze neighborhood of Pittsburgh. It will be available May 1st. It's in an amazing location with a block walk to Frick Park, the East End Food Co-Op, and Construction Junction. The 67 and 71C run right out front and the MLK busway is a 4 block walk. That gets you to downtown in 20 minutes! The apartment is an end unit with lots of windows and natural light. The bedrooms are on opposite ends with two entrances (one to the lobby and one to the parking lot), there's a parking lot out back, and maintenance is extremely prompt. Up to two cats are allowed! Kitchen floors have been updated since the pictures in the link below were taken. Window AC units are included in each bedroom and the living room. Baseboard heaters are in every room (including bathroom and kitchen!). There is a washer and dryer in the basement of this building. The oven and fridge were both replaced last summer. All of the neighbors are extremely friendly and quiet. Point Breeze North is a small neighborhood in eastern Pittsburgh, roughly twenty minutes from Downtown. Westinghouse Park forms the centerpiece of the neighborhood, a gorgeous public greenspace full of trails, playgrounds, and lush foliage.
