About This Property

This property is unique and quiet. It has ceramic tile in kitchen, bathroom and mud room and vinyl wood flooring in living room and carpet in bedrooms. Both bedrooms have closets. It has a shared fenced yard. The Tenant will need to share the mowing and weeding of yard and outside of fence with Unit #B. We prefer no pets. A small dog may be a consideration with an additional $100 a month. This unit comes with a swamp cooler. The Tenant will need to put utilities (i.e. Electric, Gas and Water) into their own name. Must see to appreciate the uniqueness.
