Tampering with or breaking the outside camera will incur a $350 maintenance repair fee and immediate eviction without a refund. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking or vaping inside the home, with immediate cancellation and a $500 deep cleaning fee. If evidence of smoking or vaping is found after checkout, an additional $500 deep cleaning fee will be charged. The front door must not be left unlocked or open at any time.
