Must be good with cats. One senior cat lives here and rules the house so unfortunately no other pets are allowed. We are in a great location 2.6 miles to CSU, off Horsetooth between Shields and College, near MAX, transport buses, and the Mason trail. We live in a safe, quiet, clean community and ask all housemates to respect the neighborhood. $950/month. Recent credit and background checks required. References preferred.
