Feel at home in this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom suite just steps from Indian Rocks Beach, offering stunning ocean views. This ground-floor unit is right on the beach with completely uninterrupted ocean views. Linens, hand towels, bath towels, beach towels, coffee, and soaps are provided at check-in. The apartment features an open kitchen, a large living area with a large flat-screen Smart TV, a patio with direct beach access, in-unit laundry, free Wi-Fi, a breakfast bar with seating for two, an oven, stovetop, dishwasher, coffee maker, utensils, plates, glasses, cabinet lighting, spacious and comfy couches, a ceiling fan, direct access to the patio and ocean views, a washer and dryer, extra storage space, and beach supplies (chairs, umbrella, cooler, picnic basket). This apartment is pet-friendly. Additional parking is available conditionally and is not guaranteed. There are paid lots nearby if you need more spots. Local dining and fishing spots are just a short walk away. The large patio with direct beach access and ocean views is shared with the complex and includes sofas, picnic tables, and a hose for rinsing sand. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. A digital rental agreement must be signed prior to arrival, and a legal ID along with a verification selfie must be provided as well. Stones Throw UNIT 4 strictly does not allow pets. No smoking is allowed inside the unit or on the premises. Any evidence of smoking (including smell) will result in a $400 penalty and immediate removal without a refund. Parties are not allowed under any circumstances. In the event of a party, the police will be contacted and you will be removed immediately without a refund, and you will also be charged a $400 penalty in addition to being liable for any damages to the unit. The guest making the reservation must be the same guest checking-in and must be at least 18 years of age by the time of check-in, and you will be required to attach your ID to the rental agreement.
