The kitchen is equipped with white cabinets, a double-door fridge, an oven, a stovetop, a dishwasher, a breakfast bar with seating for two, and a coffee maker, as well as utensils, plates, glasses, and cabinet lighting. Beach supplies, including chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, and a picnic basket, are provided. Linens, hand towels, bath towels, beach towels, coffee, and soaps are provided at check-in. An air mattress can be provided upon request for an extra fee. Local dining and fishing spots are just a short walk away, making it perfect for families or groups seeking a beachfront getaway. Pinellas County is undertaking a beach nourishment project in Indian Rocks Beach, scheduled from November to early December 2025, which may cause temporary beach access closures, construction activity, and associated noise. One pet per reservation is allowed with a pet fee of $175 for stays of up to 7 days, or $250 for longer stays. Owners are required to pick up after their pets, and pets must be leashed when outside. Unauthorized pets will result in immediate removal without a refund and a penalty of $400. Smoking is not allowed inside the unit or on the premises, and any evidence of smoking will result in a $400 penalty and immediate removal without a refund. Parties are not allowed under any circumstances, and in the event of a party, the police will be contacted, you will be removed immediately without a refund, and you will be charged a $400 penalty in addition to being liable for any damages to the unit. The guest making the reservation must be at least 18 years of age by the time of check-in and must be the same guest checking in. Check-in time is 4 pm, and check-out is 11 am. There is an active construction site on the building next to the property, and works may occur during weekdays from 8 am to 5 pm. Weekday daytime noise is possible due to neighbors’ projects or renovations. Guests are required to log in and out of their own accounts when accessing streaming services or Smart TV apps. Please leave the air conditioning on "AUTO" and do not turn it below 71 degrees. A digital rental agreement must be signed prior to arrival, and a legal ID along with a verification selfie must be provided as well. [SI]
