The full kitchen features an oven, stove top, microwave, and black fridge, along with natural wood cabinets, a high-top dining table for 2, a coffee maker, and basic cookware. The living area includes a comfy futon with sheets, a smart TV, a TV stand, a ceiling fan, and a storage closet. The bedroom features a queen bed, a smart TV, a storage closet, and bedside tables with lamps. There is a large walk-in shower with glass doors and a dark wood vanity with a medicine cabinet in the bathroom. This bungalow is pet friendly with a fee of $125 for stays of up to 7 days or $250 for stays longer than 7 days. Free parking for 1 vehicle is available in a designated space. Access to the detached laundry area is free with a code and shared with Unit 2. Located directly on Indian Rocks Beach, this bungalow offers direct access to the beach. The intracoastal is directly across the road for fishing, and Italian, seafood, and Mexican dining options are within a 2-minute walk. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. Smoking is not allowed inside the unit or on the premises, and any evidence of smoking will result in a $400 penalty and immediate removal without a refund. Parties are not allowed under any circumstances, and in the event of a party, the police will be contacted, you will be removed immediately without a refund, and you will be charged a $400 penalty in addition to being liable for any damages to the unit. One pet per reservation is allowed, but pets cannot be more than 60lbs without prior permission. Owners are required to pick up after their pets, and pets must be leashed when outside. A violation of either rule can result in immediate removal without a refund and an additional penalty of up to $400. Unauthorized pets will result in immediate removal without a refund and a penalty of $400. Stones Throw Unit 4 strictly does not allow pets. A digital rental agreement must be signed prior to arrival, and a legal ID along with a verification selfie must be provided as well. Pinellas County is undertaking a 2025 beach nourishment project, which includes sand placement in Indian Rocks Beach from November to early December 2025. During this period, there may be temporary beach access closures, construction activity, and associated noise.
