Two bedrooms and one full bathroom are on the second floor. The third bedroom and another bathroom are in the lower level. The lower level also includes ample room for storage and a laundry area with washer and dryer. The duplex also features a back porch facing a beautiful back yard, and a two-car attached garage. Please contact the owner to schedule a viewing. Application process: The owner will provide an application form to interested renters. An application fee of $30 per adult will apply. Qualified renters will have a good rental history, a clean credit record, a credit score of at least 700, and income equivalent to at least 3x the rent. The application fee will be refunded for qualified renters who sign a lease. Renter's obligations include all costs of all utilities (gas, electricity, water) and removing snow from the sidewalks. The owner provides snow removal from the driveway and lawn mowing. Smoking and pets are not permitted.
