Denver's best cafes, bars, breweries, music venues, and bouldering gym are all in walking distance! This row house is unfurnished. It's available beginning October 1, 2025. Includes trash/recycle pick up, WiFi, water, washer and dryer, and front yard landscaping only. Parking is on the street, usually right in front of the house/same street. This is a perfect place for a single working professional, couple, or friends. It's also 1/2 block from the light rail, 5-10 minutes from I-70 (to the mountains) or 36 (to Boulder) and 30 minutes from Denver International Airport. This pad has three levels with two bedrooms and one bath. There is a master bedroom and a guest room/office. There is a cute back patio/deck to hang out and have meals. The back area has access to the alley to load/unload gear or take out the trash. In the basement, there is a washer and dryer and storage area for gear, including a space to hang bikes. Sorry no pets and no smoking indoors. I'm looking for respectful, responsive and clean tenant(s) during this time. If this sounds like a fit, please fill out an application! Renter covers for monthly rate, security deposit and utilities. Owner covers trash removal, landscaping (main front yard only), water and internet. No pets allowed- that's is non negotiable. No smoking indoors. There is permitted street parking which is always easy to find within one block of the house. Renter will pay first month rent and a refundable damage deposit that will be returned at the end of the renter's term and upon satisfactory inspection.
