The open-concept layout combines the living, dining, and kitchen spaces, creating an airy, welcoming environment for socializing and relaxing. Sink into comfortable seating in the living area, which is designed to make you feel right at home. The fully stocked kitchen is ready for all your culinary adventures, with every essential you need for cooking, dining, and entertaining. It includes quality dishes, utensils, and appliances like a coffee maker, toaster, and full-size cookware, so you can enjoy everything from a quick breakfast to a hearty family meal. Both bedrooms are designed with comfort and functionality: the guest bedroom features bunk beds with two queen-sized beds, a flat screen TV, air conditioning and heating, and a closet for clothes and luggage. The master bedroom offers a queen bed, a built-in closet, and a dresser, with a large flat screen TV mounted on the wall for ultimate viewing convenience. A shared full bathroom is located in the hallway, providing easy access for all guests. Additional sleeping options include a queen-sized pull-out couch, comfortably accommodating up to 8 total adult guests. This condo includes a single carport located behind the building in the alley. It’s perfect for a wide range of vehicles and even larger ones. For oversized vehicles, free overnight parking is available ¼ mile away and a detailed parking map of the area will be provided prior to your arrival. Mission Beach is the ultimate destination for excitement and relaxation among San Diego’s beach communities. This lively area is home to the historic Belmont Park, where you’ll find the iconic Giant Dipper wooden rollercoaster, along with a variety of thrilling attractions like mini-golf, a zip line, a rock climbing wall, a ropes course, an arcade, and so much more. Belmont Park offers something for everyone, whether you're in the mood for high-energy activities or family-friendly fun. No matter the season, Mission Beach and its scenic boardwalk are alive with energy and activity. You’ll see locals and visitors alike biking, skateboarding, and surfing, while others bask in the sun, relax on the sand, or join beach volleyball and other classic seaside games. Jump into the action by renting a Bird Scooter and cruise along the vibrant boardwalk, taking in the sights, sounds, and ocean breeze that make Mission Beach one of a kind. From the condo, you’re just a short walk to a variety of restaurants, unique shops, and, of course, the beautiful beach. For exploring the greater San Diego area, you’ll find rideshare services like Uber and Lyft readily available, offering a quick and convenient way to reach popular destinations without the hassle of parking. No smoking, parties, or events are allowed. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM. Maximum guest capacity is strictly enforced. Self check-in is available anytime after 3 PM and check-out is by 10 AM. Any signs of smoking on the property, including outdoor areas, will result in a minimum $250 fine. Any formal noise complaint, either from neighbors or city officials, will incur a fine of $300 to $1,000. Please ensure all windows and balcony doors are closed if music or conversations are loud. Quiet hours start at 9 PM on weekdays and 10 PM on weekends. Early check-in is unavailable, but you’ll be notified on the day of your arrival if the unit is ready before 3 PM. Late check-out is also unavailable as cleaning services typically arrive by 10:30 AM to prepare for the next guests. If anything needs immediate attention, please contact us and we will try to resolve it within 24 hours of your request. Cleaning services are provided by a third-party vendor and the cleaning fee is standard per stay. The home is provided with a starter set of toilet paper and paper towels. Guests may need to replenish these items during longer stays.
