The air conditioning unit is on the roof, so when a technician comes to service it we will need access through your apartment. The building is for sale, so that means the realtor will to need to inform you 24 hours in advance of a showing. There are several steps to climb to reach the apartment and there isn't an elevator. The utilities are paid by the renters. We are looking for renters who appreciate the convenience of life downtown. There are excellent restaurants, coffee shops, and the GWS hot springs within walking distance.
