STAY REQUIREMENTS: The advertised rate applies only for stays within the specified date range and is subject to a minimum stay requirement of 60 days. For stays under 60 days or during peak season, the nightly market rate will apply. Monthly leases that meet or exceed 91 days are tax-exempt. FEES: The advertised monthly rent does not include the refundable security deposit (can be up to double based on application processing), applicable taxes, cleaning fees, linens, travel or renters’ insurance, or other optional fees. Monthly or periodic cleanings may be arranged through Bryant Real Estate at the tenant’s expense. Homes that allow pets require a non-refundable $400 pet fee per pet. Cats are not permitted. Recently renovated to include updated appliances, granite counter tops, beautiful cabinetry, this kitchen is sure to please the family chef! Just off the main living area is a staircase that leads to the second level of the home which houses the living quarters. A sizable master suite overlooks the sound and offers a comfortable king-sized bed, sitting area complete with sofa and TV, sound front private deck with rocking chairs, and a spacious bathroom with a large soaking tub. The second guest room on this level is also furnished with a king-sized bed and has a private bathroom for added convenience and privacy. There is a guest bedroom with two twin beds close by which is great for kids! Just across the hall you will find a full bathroom complete with a walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom on this level is also furnished with a king bed and serviced by the hall bathroom. The third living level of this roomy home is a wonderful bonus room. Two plush sofas, a flat screen TV, beautiful views of the sound, and a half bathroom make this a great spot for watching movies and relaxing after a fun day out in the sun! The outdoor space that this home offers is ideal for active families that want to enjoy the great outdoors to the fullest. Conveniently launch kayaks or paddle boards from the dock, fish, relax in the hammock, or grill out with a cocktail while watching spectacular sunsets! Children will especially enjoy playing and swimming at the sound beach that emerges during low tide. Bring the whole family, boat, jet skis, and kayaks - there’s plenty of space and lots to do!
