The property has security cameras- access will be given to tenants or can be unplugged after more-in. Per Portland laws, this listing will be live for 72 hours before the "open application period". Applications will be processed in a first-come-first-served order. Applications received before the "open application period" will be processed with an eight hour penalty. (this is Portland law, not my strange rule) To reduce denials, please supply supplemental evidence if you believe an application does not represent you.
