I grew up in a military family which settled here in Tampa over 45 years ago, so this is HOME! I have been a full-time Realtor since 2005 and LOVE helping people make the transition into a new home. My prior experience as a project manager, marketing representative, and construction office manager gave me the foundation to manage home sales/purchases in order to organize and recommend solutions to make the process much easier for my clients. There are many agents out there that can do a good job for you, but the REAL difference is having someone who has years of experience in handling issues when they arise. This can make the difference between a successful closing and NOT. Teachers, Firefighters, Military/Veterans, Police and First Responders have a special place in my heart and deserve extra, so I rebate some of my commission back to them as my way of saying “Thank You”. Whether you are a hero in the community or a hero to your family, I would love to assist you with your real estate needs. I recently married a wonderful man that is a middle school teacher who also loves what he does. Between us, we have four grown sons and five grandchildren. We love traveling, kayaking, dancing, tennis, pickleball - we love being active. Life is good! When my boys were growing, up I was a Cub Scout leader for five years and was Chairperson for KW SouthShore Cares for four years, so I really love volunteering and getting involved in my community. Most recently, I became a board member at the Angel Foundation (www.angelfoundationfl.com). This foundation helps anyone in our community that has suffered a catastrophic event or illness.
