Whether you find yourself temporarily displaced from your home or require accommodations for your team during an extended project in our area, we provide a welcoming and comfortable "home away from home" experience. Step into this fully equipped kitchen knowing that it has everything you need for all your dining needs and more. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, including a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. A kitchen island with ample counter space and a breakfast nook with seating for four enhance your culinary experience. The dedicated dining area is tastefully furnished to give you that chic restaurant setting right here in your home away from home, with a dining table that seats eight. This amazing home features not one but two living rooms, providing a comfortable environment for easy conversation and fun times. Both living rooms are equipped with couches, coffee tables, designer rugs, flat-screen TVs, and high-speed Wi-Fi. A foosball table is located in the second-floor living room. With 5 bedrooms to choose from, you’ll want to check out all of them before making your pick. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, sitting area, and ensuite bathroom, while the additional bedrooms offer queen-sized beds and bunk beds. The bathrooms are sparkling clean, with the spa-like master ensuite featuring a soaking tub and glass walk-in shower. Free parking is available to all guests. There is a three-car garage available as well as plenty of space on the driveway. If additional space is required, feel free to park on the streets as well. The laundry room is fully equipped with a washer and dryer should you need to refresh your clothing during your stay. We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. Early check-in and late check-out options are available, subject to availability and may include a small additional fee. Our nightly rate includes the first six guests. With each additional guest, a $29 per night fee will be applied. Welcome to Rockwall, Texas! San Jacinto Plaza, home to live music events throughout the summer and fall, is just a 7-minute drive away. The Harbor Rockwall overlooking Lake Ray Hubbard, a beautiful place to enjoy the tranquil scenery and it has a lighthouse, is a 15-minute drive away. For those interested in exploring Dallas, noteworthy attractions include the Children’s Aquarium Dallas at Fair Park, a kid-friendly exhibit featuring over 1000 aquatic animals, just a 30-minute drive away. There are also plenty of shopping options available such as Lakeview Center, Town East Mall, Vista Crossing, White Rock Shopping Center, and many more. Smoking of any type is not allowed and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. No parties or large gatherings are allowed. A noise alert device is installed to monitor decibel levels and ensure compliance with local noise ordinances. Pets should be discussed in advance and we only allow house-trained pets. Pet cleaning fees will be applied. Full disclosure policy for numbers of people on the property at any time with security camera verification to comply with local laws and booking platform policies. Rest assured, no cameras are in any inside private areas, respecting the privacy of our guests. Small low-key gatherings are allowed only upon request and approval in advance.
