Very Convenient, a bit old, well priced

Been living here for over 4 years. The price is right and the neighborhood is incredibly convenient. We are across the street from a target, a best buy, a bevmo, and a ralphs, and are in the heart of Hollywood. The apartment itself is in need of updating though, the kitchen is very small and cramped, most of the cabinets are falling apart. Only one room in the apartment has AC and the rest of the house gets very warm during the summer. It is rather spacious, all the rooms have plenty of space and the living room is quite large. Overall quite happy with the place, would just love for a teensy bit of updating.
