The successful applicant(s) will have a 630 or greater credit score for all responsible adults in the household. The applicant(s) will also have a clean criminal background. Unauthorized adults may not reside in the home without this preclearance. My standard Security Deposit is equal to the advertised Monthly Rental Rate. Pets are subject to approval,and must have a complete and up to date vet history. Minimum pet fee is 500,00 and covers the full term of occupancy. Application fee is 55.00 per responsible adult in the household. A 60.00 administration fee is due at lease signing. My standard lease is for one year. The lease automatically renews for an additional year in absence of notice from either party. Any odd days resulting from a mid-month move are added to the basic lease. All leases end on the last day of the month.
