Wood Floors and large deck in rear of home with a privacy fenced back yard. Recent interior paint. All pets are subject to approval. If approved, there will be a minimum $500. non-refundable pet fee. My standard lease is for one year. The lease automatically renews for an additional year in absence of notice from either party. Any odd days resulting from a mid-month move are added to the basic lease. All leases end on the last day of the month. More photos will be posted after contractor completes all work.
