About This Home
This downtown Bentonville property is a furnished 3 bedroom rental that includes a hot tub and great shaded porch for sitting! Just a short 10 min walk to the Bentonville square for the farmer's markets, First Fridays, with Crystal Bridges museum and the Momentary only a few steps further. Neighborhood is quiet and friendly. We aren't asking for as much as many downtown places, we just want a stable renter who will stay for at least 6 months, preferably a year, and will take good care of our place. Deposit is higher to cover potential furniture and hot tub damage. Will be $100 per month per pet, paid in advance. Backyard is quiet and secluded. Repairs or concerns will be addressed quickly if needed. House is in good shape and can sleep 3-4 adults or 2 adults and up to 3 children comfortably. We can help curtail the house to the right renter's needs. Renter can move some or all of their own furniture in if desired.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.
