Tenant takes care of grounds maintenance and utilities: electric, gas, water, internet, and trash. If washer and dryer is provided, there is no laundry fee but the tenant takes care of maintenance of the equipment. Property manager will arrange for gutter cleaning and is available for maintenance needs at the property. Part-owner is a licensed real estate agent.
