Fresh linens, bath and hand towels, beach towels, and starter soaps are provided. Free parking for one vehicle is available, and pets are welcome with a fee of $125 per pet, per stay. Located just two blocks from the beach and within walking distance of top-rated restaurants and shops, this apartment offers direct access to the beach. Guests also have access to a private boat dock and the intracoastal for fishing. A digital rental agreement must be signed and completed prior to arrival, including providing a photocopy of a legal ID and a verification selfie. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, whether by observation or smell, we reserve the right to charge a $250 penalty. Pet feces left behind will incur a penalty of $75 per incident.
