Our apartment will be an ideal temporary home for a family or traveling professional. It is located in the heart of Silicon Valley with easy access to highway 237, 85 and Steven's Creek Trail. Very easy to get Uber, Lyft and even Lyft Line. The free shuttle from the city and Google have a pick-up stop about a block from our apartment. The free shuttle can drop you to Caltrain/VTA station as well. The security deposit is $2000 which will be refunded after adjusting for damages. Water and trash is included in this monthly rental. Electricity will be on actuals. The apartment was renovated six months ago. It has new carpet, washer, dryer, A/C, heating, refrigerator, oven, microwave and gas. The apartment itself is located on a quiet street with minimal traffic noise. The master bedroom has the attached bath with shower cubicle in it. It has a California king size bed with firm mattress. The floor to ceiling window opens into a balcony private to master bedroom. The guest bedroom has queen size bed with firm mattress. The bathroom is located right outside the bedroom and has a bathtub in it. The guest bedroom opens into the balcony. It has a wall mounted flat screen TV with Chromecast connection as well. The living room has two floor to ceiling windows opening into balconies, offering plenty of fresh air and bright sunlight. It is furnished with a huge leather sofa and dining table with chairs as well. A big flat screen TV is wall mounted in the living room with chromecast to allow you to play your favorite programs. High speed internet connection is available as well. The kitchen is completely remodeled with engineered stone counter tops, custom cabinets, gas range, microwave and oven. It is fully equipped with cookware, utensils, dishes, glasses, food boxes, etc. A few restaurants, salon, ice cream store and such are within a block. If guests venture another 0.5 miles, they will have far greater choices for grocery stores, restaurants, banks, ATM and anything else one might need. The apartment is barely 2 miles from downtown Mountain View. It is a part of a large apartment complex with plenty of parking in the common detached parking lots and outside on the street. In the evening you can unwind by visiting the duck pond private to the apartment complex. Smoking, pets and drugs are not allowed inside the apartment. It is expected that the guests will not arrange parties in the apartment and observe the quiet hours (9pm-7am) as well. Since this is in an apartment community, guests need to maintain basic discipline around quiet times and not causing any nuisance to neighbors or other residents of the community. A common sense rule will be to leave the apartment in the condition in which you found it at the time of check-in even though we are charging a 'cleaning fee'. Details will be provided in the form of a renter's guide, shared after the booking is confirmed. Hosts will not be living on site but will be available through emails, text and phone. We encourage bookings from those guests who can provide greater detail on the purpose of their visit and/or who work for a reputable company in this area.
