About This Property

Property Id: 965495 I am looking someone to rent my guest room. I am out of state most of the time taking care of my elderly mother, but would sometimes be at the condo. I am renting a private bedroom furnished with a full size bed, dresser, nightstand and bookcase, and a large closet (6'7" W x 2' D x 7'6" H with a shelf at the top). The bathroom is spacious with a shower/soaker tub combo. You would be able to use the in-unit washer/dryer, kitchen with everything you need for cooking, a fully furnished living room, and a cozy, spacious patio. Parking is gated garage, or street with no parking restrictions. The building has a pool, a jacuzzi, and a small gym. Convenient to the 405, LAX, Shopping, restaurants, and the beach. Bi-weekly cleaning included. I have a cat and dog who might be there at some point, so no other pets allowed. Current tenant is leaving May 31st.
