Homes that accept pets will require a nonrefundable $400 fee per pet. RATES & PAYMENTS: Payments due at move-in versus monthly rental payments will be decided by the agent and will be based on the duration and total cost of the lease. A detailed breakdown of payment amounts, and due dates will be provided when the lease is drafted for signature. In the event of a discrepancy or conflict between the monthly rate stated here and the rate on an online travel site or third-party booking agent, the greater rate will apply. A full bathroom in the hallway houses the washing machine and dryer! At the end of the hall there are two queen guest bedrooms that have a very cozy feel. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds and is a great space for younger family members. The boat slip can accommodate boats up to 24 feet, so load up your boat, pack your gear, and come experience all that Wrightsville Beach has to offer!
