The apartments have great lighting in the large living room and dining room. New energy efficient furnace and hot water heaters already in. Washer and Dryer hookups available, some storage available. Nice big yard and outdoor porches. The exterior was just restored as well. Fantastic neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Off street parking available. You will love the dog friendly neighborhood--the park is just down the street with long wooded trails to ponds and the zoo. The house is located on Firglade Avenue off of Sumner Avenue.
