The bedrooms, bathrooms, and the laundry room are all located on the main level. The home is 2134 square feet with an unfinished basement. The home was built in 1999 and it is located in School District 49. The property does not have A/C but it does have a gas fireplace. Cats are welcome with approval, unfortunately no dogs. Pets must be no less than 12 months old. If approved, there is a $200 non refundable pet fee upon lease signing and $30 monthly fee per pet added to rent. As with all homes managed by MileStone Real Estate any type of smoking or vaping is not allowed in the home or garage and the growth of marijuana is strictly prohibited in or on the premises. 12 month lease minimum. Minimum acceptable credit score of 650. Monthly income requirement is 3 times the rent. Please call for additional qualification details and to schedule a showing.
