Library room with built in shelves and desk Huge basement with laundry and dryer hook up Efficient Gas furnace and water heater New carpet in hallway, stairs and bedrooms, new kitchen flooring, all rooms freshly painted. Due to previous tenants leaving the place completely trashed and extensive damages from their dogs, we are not accepting dogs at this time, possibly a cat. No smoking anywhere on the premises, no exceptions. Move in cost: first month prorated for actual move in date, 1.5 months security deposit refundable if no damages at lease end.( possibility to pay the security deposit in several installments) 1 year lease minimum, renewable month to month thereafter. Application fee :$20 per family (not per person] non refundable. If selected a background check will be performed for all adults( no background check required if applicants are not selected).

Located along the mouth of the Columbia River where it meets the Pacific Ocean, Astoria is a port city with a walkable, vibrant downtown, historic architecture, amazing views, and great destinations. One of those destinations predates the city itself -- Fort Astoria. The fort was established in 1811 as a fur trading post for John Astor's Pacific Fur Company. Today, a reconstructed block house and historical markers occupy the space of the former fort in Downtown Astoria at the corner of Exchange and 15th Streets.
One of Oregon's most-visited sites is located in Astoria -- the Astoria Column. Standing 600 feet above sea level, the views from the top of the column are amazing. The column itself is equally impressive, completely covered in murals celebrating historic events. The murals were done by artist Attilio Pusterla in 1926.
