The apartment is located within walking distance to local attractions and nightlife: 15-minute walk to IX Art Park, 18-minute walk to downtown Belmont, and 25-minute walk to the Downtown Pedestrian Mall. It's also 2 blocks away from Brown's, a convenience store and gas station. The apartment is only 1.6 miles from UVA Medical Center, making it a convenient option for traveling medical professionals. Single occupancy is preferred, but two occupants will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Preferred lease term is minimum of 2 months, but shorter lease can be considered on case-by-case basis. No pets, no exceptions. No smoking or vaping in the apartment.
