Once a thriving market area, River West still boasts many charming traditional family-owned restaurants, bakeries, and flower and produce stands. New art galleries and restaurants pop up frequently, though thankfully those family-owned places aren't going anywhere, either. This home is a 6-minute walk to the Chicago Blue line station, and just steps to the Chicago and Grand buses, so you won't have any trouble getting around town without a car from here. If you do bring your car, however, there's plenty of street parking in the neighborhood. Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the stay. Occupancy is limited to the number of guests included in your reservation. Parties, gatherings, and group events are strictly prohibited. Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside the unit and on the building premises. Evidence of smoking, including odor, will result in a $500 remediation charge. Local laws also prohibit smoking within 15 feet of any entrance. Keep noise levels down, especially between 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Failure to respect quiet hours or disturbances from an unauthorized gathering will result in termination of the reservation without refund and may result in additional fines to pay city tickets or HOA fines for violations. Check-out must be on time. Late check-outs will incur a $250 fee. A $150 lockout fee applies per occurrence. Lost keys or remotes will incur a $50 replacement fee each. [SI]
