A shared common yard space is located at the back of the complex for resident enjoyment. One designated off street parking space is available per apartment with additional parking available on a first come first serve basis. Washer/Dryer located in unit. The landlord provides garbage and landscaping for common areas. The tenant is responsible for electricity, water/sewer, patio landscaping, and all other utilities. Water/sewer is billed back using a RUBS system based on occupancy. $1,835.00 per month, $1,835 fully refundable security deposit. To reserve the property, a tenant will be required to pay the household security deposit. The first month with be prorated. Proof of renter’s insurance is required before move-in. This unit is not an Accessible Dwelling Unit. One-year lease. Non-smoking. Cats and dogs 20 lbs. and under are welcome (with exceptions upon landlord review). Maximum of 2 pets with a $50 rent increase per month for each animal and an increased deposit of $50 for each animal. The open Application Period for this property begins on 04/04/2025 at 04:30 pm PST which is 72 hours after the notice of unit availability was originally posted.
