Apartment 702 is available 11/4/2025 for $800 per month plus a $800 deposit with a 12-month lease. We require a minimum of $3,200 verifiable income. Tours can be scheduled once your application has been approved. Approval requires a background check for each person over 18 ($35 per person). We do NOT allow pets! Cloverland Apartments has been owned and operated by the same local family since 2000. We live in Cullman. When you call a local person answers the phone. When you have issues, a local service provider gets it fixed ASAP. Each unit includes fresh paint by a local painter and is meticulously cleaned by a local crew. This unit has been freshly remodeled with new wood plank flooring, new countertops, new furnishings, and new appliances. At 1,100 square foot it is larger than the competition plus it features two full bathrooms. The kitchen is oversized with substantially more cabinetry than is typically found in an apartment. These units are one level with no stairs. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, an oven, a dishwasher, and washer/dryer hookups. Each unit includes two parking spaces plus a back patio. The front door has a Yale keyless entry pad for easy entry. Cloverland Apartments is located in a safe neighborhood which is conveniently located to I-65, downtown, restaurants, and shopping. This location is within Cullman's city school district. Pest control and lawn care are both included. Power, water, and sewer all come on one bill from Cullman Power Board.
