Our neighborhood is safe and quiet, and has wonderful, friendly neighbors! We are asking $1400 per month. This includes ALL utilities (electricity, gas, water, sewer, and garbage), high-speed internet, and regular pest control because spiders aren't allowed in our basement! It has two big sunny windows to let in lots of light. There's also a fridge, oven/stove, microwave, garbage disposal, and dishwasher. We are a homeschooling family with two teenage boys. We are around much of the day, which means that there is usually someone around that can accept your packages. Most of our schooling and living happens on the opposite side of the house from the apartment, however, our two boys would never be likened to quiet mice. We are not inconsiderate neighbors and try to keep our family noises reasonable, but we are living our lives upstairs and we want our potential renters to be aware of our situation. Extra insulation has been installed between the main house and the apartment to keep noises to a minimum. **The second room does not have a window, so is not safe for use as a bedroom. Past tenants have used it as an office, outdoor gear storage room, TV/movie room, food storage room, or study room. Because of this our apartment is ideal for a single resident, or a couple.** Applicants must be able to pass a background check.
