Bur-Mil Park provides 250 acres of pristine land set between the lakes to the north, and there are plenty of bike trails along the shores as well. I love the location, the residents, and most importantly, the staff. Crystal, Kristina, Rodney, and Tiffany are simply AMAZING! They worked tirelessly with my older son and I to ensure that we could move from our 2BR apt to a 3BR apt. If I had questions or concerns, they addressed them. They were just as excited as we were when the apt became available and gifted us a “welcome home” basket with cleaning supplies and paper towels. They are so easy to talk to and often find myself visiting the office just to chat or bring my dog in for a visit. My experience with 7029 West has been a pleasant one. We have lived in this complex since 2021. Now, we are coming up on year five and I hope things will remain as they currently are - wonderful! Big shoutout to Rodney, the manager! You are awesome and you and your staff are worth 5 stars! Thank you so much for all of the encouragement and support. God bless!
Contacted this complex about corporate leasing 3 weeks ago. I was told they would email the application for screening within a few hours. Checked email, called and left a voicemail. No response. Fast forward 3 weeks, they finally contact me and again promise to send the application via email. With in a couple of hours I get another email stating they had reached corporate lease capacity, but never sent the application. It would be wise to make sure you have corporate leases available before contacting a potential client, especially after being 3 weeks late responding to the original inquiry.
I love this community. The maintenance team is always quick to get work orders done correctly the first time.

Peace and quiet… I chose 7029 W. as my home now for the past seven years. The staff is extremely helpful, maintenance has been conducted with attention to detail, improvements are always being made. I highly recommend this property as a safe place and great location!

I've lived at this apartment complex for two years and they have messed up our rent two separate times. Good luck trying to contact the leasing office or maintenance guys when you need them! They have upped our rent without telling us, upped the pent rent without letting us know and has switched management three times in two years.

Lots of crime and not safe! Also doesn’t support the police at all! This complex doesn’t care about the safety of residents! My husband is a police officer and lord does this complex have a lot of crime! We ourselves were threatened and harassed to no end and due to my husband being threatened because of his occupation we were not allowed to break our lease. We paid thousands for our safety and the ability to move. It was very scary and sad. This place was great until blue ridge bought it.

We were looking to move to Greensboro from Kentucky, so finding an apartment was stressful! The staff at 7029 West was so helpful, particularly Melissa. She touched base with me via email after speaking on the phone. She answered all of my questions and kept me in the loop from 10 hours away. I would highly recommend working with this property when searing for a new home!

I do not recommend this apartment to anyone. I have lived in several apartments in the Greensboro/Winston Salem area and this apartment is the worst one I’ve lived in because of how the employees told me that they would charge and penalize me upon move out. Also, they were not quick in properly fixing my broken dryer and did not reimburse me for damaged items including a few comforters. I have also noticed that the 7029 agents do not have consistent rules on bringing guests to the pool and have attitude towards young adults (age 20 to 30) or teenagers who bring guests to the pool. Meanwhile, the 7029 agents allow older people (over 30) to bring guests to the pool without any criticism or judgement. In particular, If I was a parent I would be furious how 7029 employees treat teenagers who are legal age who simply want to hang out in their own pool or back yard area. With all the rent this apartment charges, this place is really not worth the money when you can find a similar place that treats residents better.

I have been here almost 16 months and will LEAVE as soon as my lease ends!!! The management company when i moved in was MAA and now its Pegasus..... the first company said whatever they needed until you actually moved in then totally ignored you. The new company seemed nice when you talk with them in the office but NEVER follow up on anything. The maintenance crew now consists of clueless nasty guys that as a single woman i am afraid to have in my apartment. The landscaping is in terrible shape and breezeways/entrances are NASTY!!! This place is horrible and you should not consider moving here under any circumstances.

The apartment has great space 1300 Sq Ft. Great location in Greensboro right off the hwy. The staff are really friendly and helpful. I Love them and tell any and everybody if they are looking for a place to stay in Greensboro come to the Colonial Grand At Autumn Park .
every morning I go out on my deck and enjoy the view of the pond in front of my building, it's pretty quiet and peaceful. The pool and clubhouse are beautiful areas to chill at and I feel like I'm at resort walking back home! I'm an artist, so I kinda wish we were allowed to paint, but whatever. oh, parking sucks though. The visitor spots by each building are limited, and towing is STRICTLY enforced, & the parking lot I'm by gets full fast. Its a long walk back to the house sometimes. I'm not sure how they'll solve that one. And since its summertime the ants are always out to play lol I hate that but they have pest control.....& winters coming soon. OH AND WHEN IT DOES, SMORES SHALL BE MADE IN THE FIREPLACE. (It's wood burning, love it) managements ok. overall, I love it sofar.

Colonial Grand at Autumn park has been a delight to live in so far. We have only been here a month and are already talking about staying longer than our year long lease. This apartment has everything you could have ever wanted: fitness center, pool, vaulted ceilings, fireplace, patio, and quiet evenings no matter what day. Even my cat enjoys her stay.
