And for other types of Pets contained in a Cage, Tank, Aquarium a deposit not charged if 5 gallons or smaller in size, but other types of pets will have to be approved. We will consider larger Aquariums if acrylic, up to 10 gallons with $250 deposit.
Utilities- The Tenant pays Gas, Electric, Trash. The Owner pays Water and Gardening. The tenant would have to check on the availability of Cable or Internet Services and for Satellite Dishes we do have certain Rules and Restrictions, and nothing can be attached to the roof.
We do the California State required rent payment reporting to your credit for a monthly fee, or you can opt out to waive that charge.
We have hired a local individual out of Bell Gardens to assist in showing the unit, but showing times will be coordinated on a limited availability as per availability.
We may schedule by Open Houses which would be set up based on the Responses received, thus please watch for a return email on time/date for the next potential showing.
We will have applications at the unit during showings. The application processing fee is $40 per adult. Each adult interested will have to complete an application. Application Processing Fees are not refundable. Due to the Virus crisis, we will be doing a paperless application process, by having you apply on our website above.
For a 2-Bedroom, we will only accept a maximum of 5 people based on square footage.
