The rear bedroom has a ceiling fan, walk in closet system and French doors opening out onto the large Trex deck. The third bedroom can be used as an office or additional bedroom, has built in closet system and is wired for internet and cable. The house itself is wired for internet, cable and whole house stereo system with in ceiling speakers throughout. The living room has a gas burning fireplace and wall mounted 55 inch flat screen television, while the large dining room has a built-in china hutch. There is central air and heating along with a Nest security system. The house is located behind mature ficus hedges with a beautifully manicured garden, mature trees, artificial lawn, and large tiled front porch. The driveway has an electric security gate and provides parking for up to four cars. The back patio is also fully gated with a locking security door for full privacy. Property has an extensive landscape lighting system. Weekly gardener service and water are included. The property has a rear guest house which is fenced and totally separate from the main house. We utilize this guest house on a part time basis. Each property is separately gated, private and secure. The house is close to shopping, restaurants and public transit. Cat(s) are allowed. Small, in-door dog will be considered. Pets require additional $750 deposit. Smoking is not permitted. We require a one year lease, with a security deposit equal to one month rent.
