House is on quiet dead end street across from a forested city park. House is divided into three distinct areas with shared mudroom/entry/utility room with laundry area. You will have your own area with bedroom, bathroom, vaulted open living and dining room area with mini-bar counter (includes built in dining area, kitchen sink and refrigerator) storage/display loft and covered back deck. Your exclusive area is approximately 600 square feet with an additional 250 sq.ft of low ceiling space above the bedroom and bathroom. NO PETS, NO SMOKING One year lease preferred, four month lease upon request first month's rent, security deposit and background check required. To qualify, applicant must be able to show monthly income of 3x monthly rent. 135$ per month utility fee covers electricity, water/sewer and garbage/recycling/ internet (these utilities shared between all three house tenants - your private area has its own zone for temperature control).
