Originally developed to appeal to people driving down Wilshire Boulevard, Miracle Mile is a vibrant community brimming with retail offerings. Despite its design for automotive traffic, Miracle Mile accommodates pedestrians as well with paved sidewalks and wide walkways.
In addition to an array of apartments available for rent, Miracle Mile is home to exciting districts like Museum Row and Museum Square. Renting an apartment in Miracle Mile affords residents quick access to the cultural attractions in Museum Row as well as the restaurants, shops, bars, and entertainment venues that populate Museum Square. The La Brea Tar Pits and Museum, Los Angeles County Museum of Art, and Petersen Automotive Museum are all part of Museum Row.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at 701 Hudson
The stars of this building are the units. Unquestionably the best in the area and I’ve lived in the two most expensive “luxury” buildings in Miracle Mile. My wife and I left our last building because of a serious crime issue within the community - not acceptable at any price, but especially @ nearly $9k per month. This building, 701 S S. Hudson, is beyond safe - real security cameras throughout, 24-hour security, etc. Condo quality finishes, very high ceilings, Lutron lighting system, solid wood doors throughout, real white oak floors throughout, steel and concrete construction (quiet, very well constructed), small, boutique building w. beautiful common spaces. The keep the building exceptionally clean. It also has, no joke, 7-elevators for 70-units. You wont wait more than 10-seconds for an elevator. My wife and I were among the first tenants and we absolutely love it. I believe the building has less than 70 units so it feels very private. It’s 100 percent a hidden gem. Seems like it would be great for young kids. There is a really nice kid’s playroom. The building is very deceptive from the outside…it’s a converted office building that the developer completely gutted. They did a beautiful job and are still working on a couple parts of the building - e.g. I believe they will finish the swimming pool this spring, they are cosmetically upgrading the elevators, etc. A small section on the lower level front of the building is still office…it’s a complete non-event, you don’t even notice it and will have no contact with the small number of people who work here. If you are looking for a new apartment that feels like a home, seriously visit this building and don’t judge anything until you get off the elevator on either the second or top level Everything else will speak for itself.
