Property Ratings at 700 Woodrow
I moved from out of state to 700 Woodrow in September 2013 and I love it here! I especially love sitting on the balcony on warm evenings watching the sunset over downtown Columbia. The fixtures are modern and the two bedroom floor plan is perfect for my needs. Other huge pluses and reasons that make 700 Woodrow an excellent choice: the building is clean and safe. The neighborhood is located next to unique boutiques and an array of popular restaurants within walking distance. There is a free Starbucks coffee machine in the lounge that is available 24/7. And finally, importantly, the staff and Ms. Meredith, the property manager are very helpful and readily available. When needed my maintenance requests have been addressed promptly with quality customer service.

Meredith and Mike run 700 Woodrow with such good care and efficiency! They are always so friendly and helpful. 700 Woodrow has such a variety of leasing options and can handle whatever you need - long or short term - with ease. It is truly a lovely environment and many fun activities have been planned during my Mom's time here - a great little community!
700 Woodrow provides convenient and easy living in Shandon. The biggest assets are the wonderful staff members. The concierge, Meredith, and head of maintenance, Mike, go above and beyond the call of duty to help all of us who reside here. The grounds and common areas are kept in pristine condition. Often there are socials for the residents and their friends, and the coffee machine works 24/7. It is wonderful to be able to walk to the library, post office, restaurants and shops instead of searching for a parking space, especially at lunch time in Five Points. I highly recommend 700 Woodrow for people who are downsizing, or just want to simplify their lives.
We love living at 700 Woodrow! We have spent two different time periods here, which goes to show how much we enjoy it. The staff is so friendly and helpful and truly go above and beyond to address any concerns and provide recommendations. We feel very safe here as a young family and love being able to walk to many restaurants, shops and parks. The apartments are beautiful with new finishes!
Can't beat the location! Great staff (especially the Property Manager, Meredith) the building is well maintained, any maintenance issues are addressed immediately and the units are updated and clean. The grounds are kept up and planting pots changed out seasonally. We have lived here for 2 years and plan to stay until we are living full time in Charleston.
