My experience here has been great outside of a few bad apples with people not cleaning up behind his dogs, but all in all the maintenance team. Is great. I do have request for our breezeways to get cleaned and have the pollen residue removed.

It's incredible. The leasing office is always going above and beyond for residents and that makes me feel like I belong here. I’m enjoying my apartment. If I have a problem it get fix the same day. I’m loving it. I’m loving the nice and peaceful quiet neighborhood. I’m loving the gym. I’m also loving the lock box for my packages.

This is a relatively quiet community and is very clean compared to other apartments I have lived in. The leasing staff are nice a quick to help with issues and the maintenance team is one of the best I have come across. The apartments could use more lighting and carpeting in living/dining areas would be a huge improvement in noise suppression for people living in middle or bottom units. All in all it is a great community to live in.

This has the most wonderful place to live! I never have to worry about anything. If there’s a maintenance issue, it’s taken care of that same day(if not right away). A very clean, homey-feeling, comfortable and safe environment. The professionalism is top notch.
700 Riverchase is a great and quiet community. Staff and maintenance are wonderful and fix things in a timely manner. The location is perfect and close to everything you could need. The pool and grill area is the perfect spot for the summer!
Great place to stay. Great maintenance guys. Great leadership from office workers. Sometimes we have food trucks to come out. New pool area.
This apartment community continues to fill all our needs. The playground is perfect for my son to get his energy out. The workout room has an amazing variety of machines and great for my daily health needs. The pool and pool area are an essential for summer time. In addition to that, the community team is super friendly and very responsive to any needs that arise.
This is the best community in Hoover/Birmingham hands down!! The office and maintenance staff are the best and the community is so beautiful!

Things are really looking and as usual the staff is doing an amazing job. It's nice having the pool open and having the cameras by the dumpster .with cameras being there is not an overload of household items everywhere.

My time here has been generally wonderful! The community and location are great! The rent is a little high for the area, but it is close to where I work which is a big plus. The care that the staff has for the community is made obvious and that makes living here even better.

We love living here, the grounds are well maintained, the pool is wonderful. There’s a great playground for the kids and a dog park for the pups. The same day response time for any Maintenance issues is amazing. Its nice and quiet with friendly neighbors, I have no regrets about moving here.

I would encourage anyone and everyone that wants a safe and quality community to check out 700 Riverchase! The community team of Crystal, Vince, and John is amazing! The maintenance team handles issues that may arise on a daily basis and are just all-around wonderful people. This place also has a playground for the kids, a fitness center that can fulfill all your workout needs, and a very nice pool for the summer.

Great Apartment Complex! Grounds are well maintained, Office staff is super friendly and go the extra mile. Rent is very reasonable especially for the Hoover/Riverchase Area! I would recommend to everyone!

Great location, fast and friendly maintenance staff. I've been living here for years, and I enjoy my stay. It is much better to live on this side of Hoover and not up there on Lorna road.

The staff is wonderful, good to chitchat with, easy going to work with on answering questions if any come to mind. Once a maintenance request is filled out online, it is with in the following day that it is taken care of, that is efficient. Wonderful people work in the office as well as maintenance.

Living here is really easy. No one bothers you. The apartments are well insulated so it is nice and quiet inside, which was important for me as I work from home a lot. All of the neighbors are very friendly and respectful of each other. The staff come across more as friends than apartment management and have always been very kind.

The property is extremely quite and there has been no crime since I arrived which is very important for me with a little one. I have enjoyed being here over the past few months.
